Brad Campbell Bass /Vocals

There was no stopping Brad when The Last Words broke up. Skip Prokop (Lighthouse)
invited Brad to play with his then band "The Paupers". Brad accepted and played with them
until they eventually disbanded.

After that, Brad and Skip ventured to New York where Brad auditioned for Janis Joplin.
He joined her Kosmic Blues Band and continued on to Full Tilt Boogie until her death in 1970. Brad's work on her swan-song album "Pearl" capped off his suddenly shortened career.

Brad returned home to marry and begin a family. He worked for the courts for many years.
Over the past two decades he has played with several bands but nothing could compare to the success he had with Janis. Brad still loves the Blues and his talent on the bass is still in demand.

Brad is now semi-retired and living in Milton, Ontario. He shares his life with his wife
and his three daugthers.
